Watt moves from Global Managing Director role to lead iProspect UK.

London, Thursday, 14 May 2026 - iProspect, dentsu’s performance‑led media agency, has appointed Amy Watt as UK President, effective end of June. She succeeds James Bailey, who became Media CEO for dentsu UK&I earlier this year.
Watt’s move from the global organisation to the UK enables her to focus on iProspect’s expanding EMEA operations, where the agency has built a strong track record in designing bespoke, high‑performance operating models and digital hubs for clients.
She steps into one of the most high-impact roles within dentsu’s UK media business, leading iProspect’s strategic direction and operations across its five UK locations- London, Manchester, Newcastle, Leeds, and Stafford - and its centres of excellence for EMEA and global clients.
Her priorities include defining planning craft for the algorithmic era, scaling agentic accelerators, and nurturing a home for the most exciting talent in the industry.
Watt will work closely with Bailey to unlock outcomes for iProspect clients – including NEXT, IKEA, Kering - by building bespoke solutions drawn from the broader dentsu network.
A dentsu native, Watt brings a rare blend of brand, media, and global network strategy expertise that uniquely positions her to lead iProspect into its next chapter. Previously CSO of iProspect UK and, most recently, Global Managing Director, she brings 20 years of industry-leadership across local, regional, and global roles. Her passion lies in building brands with a performance mindset, and her deep category experience - spanning iconic brands like Apple, Amazon, BMW, Coca‑Cola, NETFLIX, and PwC - underpins the high‑performance culture she champions.
