CEO

James, the CEO of iProspect UK, is focused on delivering cutting-edge media services and integrated marketing communications to clients including Netflix, Carlsberg, Next, Kering, Sage, BMW and eBay.

iProspect was created through a fusion of performance marketing and media capabilities across the UK, and the practitioners at iProspect have a relentless focus on systematic experimentation to improve media outcomes.

James has been with dentsu for a decade in various leadership positions, becoming CEO in 2020. Prior to this, James worked at WPP media agencies Maxus and MEC and began his career in search marketing and ad operations at The Search Works & Tradedoubler.

As iProspect's UK President, James sits on dentsu media’s executive leadership team, and the senior leadership team of dentsu UK&I.

CHIEF STRATEGY OFFICER

As Chief Strategy Officer, Chris leads iProspect's team of strategists and planners who are relentless in developing a deep understanding of customers, brands, and media—then using this to ask 'why'.

Chris spent the first part of his career as a client, leading marketing and communications for brands like PlayStation and 3. Over the past 15+ years he has worked in every client vertical, helping clients grow by setting clear objectives and understanding their challenges and opportunities.

In addition to this work, Chris is passionate about building future talent in our industry, working as a skilled facilitator and managing training exercises and workshops both internally and externally for our clients.

HEAD OF INVESTMENT

As the Head of Investment, Vanessa works closely with media partners to negotiate price, innovation and best-in-class service for our iProspect clients. She holds our suppliers to account and supports the activation teams in problem solving and negotiation.

Vanessa has worked at dentsu for 14 years in various roles including planning & client service, OOH, growth strategy and investment. She cut her teeth in the industry as a planner buyer spending 2 years each within both Group M and Omnicom Media Groups. Vanessa is passionate about working within the media industry as it enables her to focus on the things she really enjoys clients, relationships, problem solving and negotiation.

She was most recently voted as a 2024 Top 10 Media Buyer / 2025 A-lister by Campaign Magazine.

MANAGING DIRECTOR

As Managing Director at iProspect, Hannah is focused on leading our client teams to build truly transformative partnerships with our clients, working as one with them to navigate business challenges & opportunities and unlock & accelerate real business growth together.

A client leader with over 20 years' experience in the dentsu group, Hannah spent the first half of her career in digital marketing before moving into communications planning & client leadership, both UK & globally. Previously a winner of the WACL Future Leaders Fund, she is now passionate about nurturing leaders of tomorrow and is the executive sponsor for dentsu's Gen Z community group.

Libby's role is all about ensuring every single media plan that leaves our agency is the best it can possibly be. With a hyper focus on client ambition, she's responsible for developing our planning skillsets across the agency and making sure that our people have access to the best tools, data and knowledge to deliver business outcomes. She also drives the integration of planning with our activation specialists at scale.

Originally joining iProspect in 2011 as a search specialist, Libby brings a unique perspective to planning with a performance mindset and is passionate about tapping into different data sources and bringing different voices to the table when it comes to our work.

Outside of her role at iProspect, Libby also co- chairs dentsu's LGBTQ+ Employee Resource Group, Proud.
