iProspect UK has secured 14 shortlists at the Media Week Awards 2026, including eight nominations for Netflix's WSQK: The Squawk and recognition for work with IKEA, eBay and Center Parcs. The agency has also been shortlisted for Media Agency of the Year.

Celebrating its 40th anniversary in 2026, the Media Week Awards recognise the ideas, partnerships and people driving UK commercial media forward. Over four decades, the awards have charted the industry's evolution and celebrated work that delivers both creative and commercial impact.

iProspect's nominations reflect its approach to combining brand building with a performance mindset, using media creativity, data and experimentation to uncover new sources of growth.

WSQK: The Squawk

Client: Netflix Shortlisted for: Agency | Media Idea: £250K to £1M, Media Owners and Media Platforms | Media Idea: £250K to £1M, Mid-Sized Collaboration: £250K to £750K, Best Advertiser-Funded Programming or Entertainment, Best Use of Content: £250K to £750K, Media Innovation, Media Creativity: £250K to £1M, Best Use of Audio.

To mark the final season of Stranger Things, Netflix needed to give fans more than another entertainment launch. It needed a fitting way to say goodbye to Hawkins.

Created with Global, WSQK: The Squawk was a fully realised fictional radio station broadcasting around the clock across DAB, smart speakers and Global Player. More than 1,000 hours of original content brought the world of Stranger Things to life through news bulletins, adverts for Hawkins businesses, in-character presenters and interference from the Upside Down.

Vintage audio equipment and remastered 1980s recordings gave the station an authentic period sound, while its broadcasts evolved alongside the final season's story. The experience culminated in an emotional final transmission, allowing fans to inhabit the world of the series rather than simply watch its conclusion.

With eight nominations spanning media ideas, collaboration, content, innovation, creativity and audio, WSQK: The Squawk is the most-shortlisted campaign across the entire Media Week Awards 2026 shortlist.

Iftar at Ours

Client: IKEA Shortlisted for: Best Creative and Media Agency Partnership, Inclusive Media Strategy.

During Ramadan, many Muslims share Iftar with family and friends after sunset. With Ramadan falling earlier in the year, however, more people faced breaking their fast while travelling home rather than around the table.

Working closely with Mother, iProspect created IKEA's first Ramadan campaign. Iftar at Ours brought the feeling of home to people on the move through pop-up events in London and Manchester, where Muslim communities could gather and break their fast together.

Muslim publisher and agency AMALIAH worked as both a cultural consultant and media partner, helping to ensure the campaign was informed by lived experience. Creator partnerships and integrated media extended the idea beyond the events themselves.

The campaign generated hundreds of pieces of content and delivered double-digit increases in key brand measures among Muslim audiences.

Live from London

Client: eBay Shortlisted for: Media Owners and Media Platforms | Media Idea: Launch, Large Collaboration: Over £750K.

To connect with a younger, more affluent audience, eBay needed to change perceptions of eBay Live from a shopping feature into entertainment people would actively choose to watch.

Created with Sky Media, UTAS and After Party Studios, eBay Live from London used the debut of Saturday Night Live UK to reframe live shopping through the energy of live entertainment. As title sponsor, eBay became part of Sky's most integrated brand partnership to date, spanning broadcast, video on demand, social, editorial content, talent, wardrobe and exclusive live-commerce experiences.

Rather than simply advertising around the programme, eBay became part of its world, helping challenge outdated perceptions of live shopping and introduce the format to a new generation.

The Data Center of Your World

Client: Center Parcs Shortlisted for: Best Use of Data for Audience Buying.

With occupancy already high, Center Parcs was not facing an immediate shortage of guests. Its challenge was protecting future growth as the loyal families behind its success began to spend more efficiently and age out of the brand.

The Data Center of Your World used first-party booking and CRM data to identify the next generation of high-value guests. iProspect then activated that intelligence across media to build a more precise acquisition model.

The campaign delivered significant additional booking revenue without increasing the media budget.

It demonstrated how first-party data can do more than improve audience targeting. Used strategically, it can help a business identify and build its future customer base.

Media Agency of the Year

Alongside its campaign nominations, iProspect has been shortlisted for Media Agency of the Year.

Over the past year, the agency has continued to combine brand building with a performance mindset, making experimentation, media creativity and commercial accountability part of every brief.

This approach has helped iProspect retain and expand important client relationships, win competitive pitches and produce work that challenges category conventions while delivering measurable results. The agency has also continued to invest in its people and create an environment where new thinking is encouraged, tested and improved.

The nomination recognises the contribution of the whole iProspect UK team, as well as the clients and partners who continue to place their trust in the agency.

Celebrating success across dentsu

Sister agency Carat has also secured seven shortlists across work for Co-op, Carling, Vodafone and VisitScotland.

Together, iProspect and Carat have earned 21 shortlists in 2026, reflecting the range of media thinking and expertise across dentsu's UK media agencies.

Congratulations to everyone involved in creating and delivering the shortlisted work.

The winners will be announced at the Media Week Awards ceremony at JW Marriott Grosvenor House in London on 15 October 2026. View the full Media Week Awards 2026 shortlist.
