As Global CMO, Misty provides not only an ambitious vision for the iProspect brand, she also delivers the plan to turn that vision into a reality. With a clear and unbiased perspective, she shapes and guides the operational plan, closing the gap between iProspect’s existing presence and future potential.

She transformed iProspect from an SEO brand into the largest and most innovative digital performance agency in the world, recognized as the #1 Global Digital Performance Agency by RECMA.  Even while leading this high level, game-changing global initiative, she remained dedicated to over delivering on client expectations and committed to building authentic and personal relationships with clients and partners alike.

Co-founder of Range Online Media in 2001, Misty led the company through its acquisition in 2009 by Aegis PLC. Under her leadership, Range Online Media was recognized numerous times for their great work environment and culture, including Advertising Age’s “Best Places to Work” list in 2010. Misty’s broad range of client experience includes working with major brands such as General Motors, adidas, Neiman Marcus, The GAP Brands, Chanel, Estée Lauder Companies, Accor Hotels, Burberry, Converse, Hermès, Cole Haan and others. She previously served on the agenda and search advisory boards for Google, MSN and Yahoo! and for 4 years was an active member of the Shop.org Board of Directors, a division of the US’s National Retail Federation.
