She has over 17 years of experience leading media teams and is a strong industry voice on the importance of data-driven performance media. She brings a diverse portfolio of experience including a degree in International Business, experience in Paid Search, Client Services, Programmatic & Paid Social, Media, Strategy, and Operations in both EMEA and US markets. Throughout her career, she’s honed specialist knowledge, awarding her a unique perspective that challenges traditional norms and instigates contemporary market solutions.

Liz Vance is the Chief Client Officer at iProspect. In this role, she leads iProspect’s efforts to build and strengthen client partnerships, ensuring the agency’s success through results-driven media strategies. With 17 years of experience, she has been at the forefront of empowering teams to execute innovative solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs.

Aimee Carricato is the Chief Growth Officer at iProspect. As Chief Growth Officer. Aimee is passionate about delivering growth for our partners at any point during our relationship with clients. She has 14 years of experience in client practice, growth, business development, brand experience, and marketing. She is responsible for forging new client relationships and ensuring continued long-term success as our clients move from prospects to new partners to long-term growth.
She has worked on 400+ clients in all diverse industries including app-based, CPG, regulated industries, e-commerce, media and entertainment, food & beverage, healthcare, retail and tech. Prior to iProspect, Aimee oversaw the acquisition of Media Storm’s growth initiatives as it integrated into Merkle, completing full funnel capabilities within the data-first company. Prior to dentsu, she was most recently leading Global Growth at OMG’s Hearts & Science since its inception until 2021, where she focused on strategically bringing in new Fortune 500 clients, including the beginnings of the shop’s launch with P&G and AT&T.

Gareth Cleevely is Chief Performance & Innovation Officer at iProspect North America, where he leads the evolution of performance marketing in the algorithmic era, bringing together media, data, and technology into a single, connected system designed for growth. He is responsible for advancing iProspect’s unified media approach, ensuring that every channel works in sync across the full consumer journey, from creating demand to converting and nurturing it. Under his leadership, teams of Hyperspecialists operate across platforms and disciplines, connecting & combining deep expertise with integrated thinking to deliver smarter, faster, and more accountable outcomes.
Gareth’s work focuses on embedding AI and innovation into the core of how media is planned, activated, and measured, shifting performance from isolated optimization to engineered growth. He partners closely with clients to navigate increasing complexity, helping them move beyond fragmented strategies toward cohesive systems built for agility and long-term impact.
With a background spanning Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, and cross-channel strategy, Gareth brings a modern perspective on performance, one that challenges traditional models and redefines how brands compete in a world shaped by algorithms, signals, and constant change.
