Ad Operation Specialist

The purpose of this role is to manage the delivery of effective ad operations work both to direct and operating company clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities/Key accountabilities:

  • Responsible for the operational success of campaigns to ensure deliverables are met on time
  • Implementation and tracking of KPI’s defined and agreed with clients
  • Day to day trafficking of all display advertising campaigns of assigned clients
  • Implementation and tracking of Paid search campaigns of assigned clients
  • Liaises with Client team to provide campaigns raw and or advanced reporting
  • Ensures best practice and innovation in all activities
  • Builds strong relationships across Client Services and other channel teams 

Education and Work Experience Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in Ad Operations management
  • Good knowledge of all relevant Ad Serving technologies
  • Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook)
  • Familiarity with Analytics technologies
  • Analytical mindset and financial acumen
  • Digital Marketing, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering degree preferred
  • Good level of English language, both written and oral

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
  • Effective time management and project management skills
  • Team working and collaborative attitude
  • If necessary is able to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
