Yesterday, Campaign unveiled the Media Week 30 Under 30 2025 winners at a prestigious event in London, hosted by DoubleVerify. This highly competitive programme celebrates the brightest young talent shaping the future of the media industry.
With 133 entries submitted from across brands, agencies, media owners and start-ups, the competition showcased exceptional professionals under the age of 30 as of 7 June 2025.
The winners will have the honour of serving as judges for the flagship MediaWeek Awards next month, further cementing their influence on industry recognition and standards.

Laura Botsford: An innovation superstar
Laura Botsford, client director at iProspect, has demonstrated exceptional leadership and innovation within the UK media industry. Delivering award-winning growth for Camelot, she's overseen 153 rollover campaigns and 11 event campaigns in a single year, including the most successful EuroMillions Super Minimum Jackpot Guaranteed event on record, which generated a GBP 6.5 million media contribution to sales. Botsford also led standout campaigns for Netflix, such as the launch of Toxic Town, utilising real-time air quality data to create impactful media executions, and consistently achieved high client satisfaction scores. Her strategic direction contributed to iProspect achieving its highest number of Campaign Media Award shortlists.
Botsford has played a pivotal role in shaping company culture and supporting industry diversity. She trained as a facilitator for the #IAmRemarkable initiative, running high-impact workshops to empower underrepresented groups and received an attendee satisfaction score of 4.9 out of 5. Through volunteering with The Code, she has supported state school students in understanding media careers, offering guidance beyond events with CV support and work experience opportunities. Her efforts were recognised when she was named iProspect's Most Loved Team Member of the Year in 2024.
Peers and clients alike praised Botsford's enthusiasm, meticulous approach, and commitment to both creative excellence and team development. She was described as a joy to work with, consistently delivering on demanding projects and inspiring those around her.
