With 157 campaigns, 6 billion impressions, and a knack for mentoring 400+ students, Keigo Chang’s well-earned spot in this list feels like a natural fit.

Keigo Chang - Vice President - iProspect Taiwan
Keigo Chang’s story is one of steady growth, bold innovation and an unshakable belief in people. Now vice president at iProspect Taiwan, Chang started off as an intern in 2011. By rolling up his sleeves in search marketing, social optimisation and full-funnel planning, he gained a rare, end-to-end view of digital media. That breadth of experience has shaped him into a leader who marries vision with genuine care for both clients and colleagues.
Chang’s client roster reads like a who’s who of Taiwan’s economy. He has steered campaigns for more than 100 brands encompassing ecommerce platforms like PChome and Yahoo, tech and telco powerhouses such as Chunghwa Telecom and Hitachi, and major financial and FMCG players including DBS and Suntory. This breadth has sharpened his ability to adapt quickly, tailoring media strategies that earn trust and deliver measurable results across industries.
His biggest win came in late 2023, when iProspect won the coveted L’Oréal Taiwan media account. Rallying a 45-person team, Chang oversaw the integration of 18 brands in just three months. The scale was immense: 157 campaigns launched in 2024, generating 6 billion viewable impressions, managed across 65 Google and 89 Meta accounts, and backed by over 1,800 processed invoices. To raise the bar further, he built the L’Oréal Signal Lab—a first-of-its-kind tool merging Dentsu and L’Oréal data into six precise consumer personas. The result is more accurate targeting, 300 hours saved, and a benchmark for efficiency.
As a digital marketing instructor at Fu Jen Catholic University, he has mentored more than 400 students. Recognition via industry accolades has followed. In 2024 he personally received a Gold Award from the Taiwan Advertisers’ Association for his contribution in the marketing industry, while his office collected at least a dozen industry honours from local and global award programmes.
Chang’s inclusion in Campaign Asia-Pacific’s 40 Under 40 is a fitting nod to his journey—from intern to industry leader. Through strong campaigns and a dedication to mentoring, he shows that success in media shines brightest when it’s shared.
