Loren Cooper, Chief Financial Officer, iProspect

Loren Cooper joined iProspect in January 2016 as Chief Financial Officer, US, based in New York.  iProspect, a part of the Dentsu Aegis Network, is the world’s leading digital performance marketing agency.  A finance and accounting veteran with over twenty years of experience, Loren manages a team of employees across the country and serves as a key strategic advisor and partner to the executive leadership team.  She is responsible for leading all financial processes through a period of growth and evolution, including integrating acquisitions and implementing automated solutions.

Prior to her current role, Loren was Senior Vice President, Finance for Turner, a division of Time Warner, a global leader in media and entertainment. In this position, Loren led financial reporting, budgeting, long-term strategic planning, forecasting and analysis for the ad sales, distribution and sports divisions.  Previously, as Vice President of Finance for Turner ad sales, Loren oversaw financial planning, analysis, accounting and compliance matters for the ad sales division. Her notable achievements include implementing continually improved advertising revenue processes and analysis across all of the domestic businesses and developing a valuable executive reporting tool. Additionally, Loren and her team successfully executed finance and accounting advertising sales integrations for several new, complex linear and digital businesses, including truTV (then Court TV), NBA Digital and the NCAA March Madness tournament jointly sold by Turner and CBS.

Prior to joining Turner, Loren was an audit manager for PricewaterhouseCoopers.  She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the State University of New York, Albany and is a C.P.A.  Loren serves as a volunteer financial literacy teacher with Cent$ Ability, a non-profit organization educating high school students in the tri-state area.  Loren resides in New Jersey with her husband and two school-age children.
