They came up with a new way to do things! The Lids March Madness campaign won the team a Landy award last year! How cool is that?
Collaboration is the heart of our organization. Our offices are set up in a way that fuels collaboration between teams and across channels. We want our employees to work in an environment that allows them to ask questions and create a flow of ideas. This openness drives innovation and teamwork. And that’s not all! We don’t just collaborate internally. We make a practice of cross collaborating with our sister brands within DAN, Dentsu Aegis Network. Quite often large projects require more than just our services and that is when we form network partnerships to make sure all of our clients’ needs are met.
