Last week, our iProspect team came together from all over the globe to join our clients and partners at the Arizona Biltmore in Phoenix for our annual Client Summit. Welcoming 90 degree temps and a backdrop of the Camelback Mountains, we spent two informative and fun-filled days “Exploring the Digital Landscape” – the aptly-named theme of this year’s event.
With so many exceptional social events to attend – an outdoor cocktail party at the Biltmore’s Squaw Peak Terrace as well as a “House of Rock” themed event at The Venue, complete with a live casino and surprise aerialist performance – there was no shortage of opportunities to mingle and network with friends and colleagues.
What stood out for me this year was the impressive lineup of presenters and panelists. Joining us as this year’s keynote speaker, Forrester’s Harley Manning gave an informative and insightful talk on The Power of Putting Customers at the Center of your Business, which highlighted the key points of his new book, “Outside In”. In addition, enlightening panels led by industry experts from Ignition One, Hilton Worldwide, Adometry, Neiman Marcus, Skyword, Twentieth Century Fox and ADP explored topics such as leveraging data to embrace the customer experience, and creating content that speaks to your customers.
To cap off the main sessions, iProspect’s Jeremy Hull instructed us on the ins and outs of paid search and Google’s Abigail Posner provided her witty and discerning perspective of the true meaning of mobile.
New to this year’s Client Summit, iProspect hosted eight intimate Innovation Lab breakout sessions, providing expert insight into topics such as improving consumer digital engagement through video, redefining direct response in a connected world, navigating enhanced campaigns, and supporting TV with search and YouTube.
