iProspect Thrive L&D Team Takes Home Prestigious "BEST Award" from ATD

It’s often said that a company’s most important asset is its people. At iProspect, we believe that sincerely, which is why we are so thrilled and proud to share that our Learning and Development team earned a coveted BEST Award in a ceremony held October 5, 2017 at the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center outside of Washington, D.C.


The BEST Awards recognize organizations that use talent development strategically to achieve business results. The acronym stands for Building talent, Enterprise-wide, Strategically driving a Talent development culture that delivers results. This year’s competitive field included 175 organizations in 11 countries, each of which submitted an extensive application including quantitative and qualitative information about their talent development practices and programs. Applications were assessed in a blind review by members of the BEST Awards advisory committee, a renowned group of experts. iProspect was one of a select group of only 38 entries who walked away with the honors.


iProspect’s Thrive L&D team develops and manages a wide array of training initiatives, including a 220-course learning management system called iProspect University to develop and advance specializations. The four-person L&D team partners with thought leaders and experts to build this in-depth training content, and with stakeholders for key business initiatives to ensure the material is aligned with major business goals. Last year, L&D worked with 60 U.S. and global subject matter experts to build and update more than 65 courses, and learners logged more than 10,000 hours to improve their skills.


One of the crown jewels of the L&D program is a comprehensive and holistic six-month blended learning program focused on developing consultative skills. The course includes more than 26 hours of content, delivered in person and via online training, webinars and mobile learning. As with everything iProspect does, performance matters, so the program also has a measurement component that includes action plans to assess and analyze business wins.
