Texas Monthly Recognizes iProspect as a Best Place to Work for Fourth Consecutive Year

Last night, we were named #9 on Texas Monthly’s 2014 list of the 100 Best Companies to Work for in Texas for the fourth consecutive year. The awards program is a project of Texas Monthly magazine and was designed to identify, recognize and honor the best places of employment in Texas, places that benefit the state’s economy, its workforce and its businesses.

We’re celebrating this win and you can check out the full press release but it’s not just about winning an award to put on a shelf. This recognition is a reflection on our culture and the amazing people who make our time at the office both inspiring and fun!

Because of this, we want to give the floor to our team in Fort Worth. When asked “what makes our office unique” here’s what they said:

“iProspect is the bomb dot com! iProspect is able to perfectly balance a fast paced digital culture with a casual atmosphere.” – Jake Hughes, Account Leader

“I like to work at iP because the team environment forces everyone around me to listen to my puns.”
- Chelsey Lamar, Digital Marketing Coordinator

“Why I love working at iP FTW:

  • The close-knit, family atmosphere: Everyone supports one another and is willing to help each other out at any given time – personally and professionally.
  • Bringing our pups to work! Seems to make our days a bit brighter.
  • Work hard, play hard attitude: Everyone works their butts off day in and day out, but we also know how to take a break and enjoy ourselves outside work hours.”

- Teena Sobczak, Display Marketing Specialist

“We’re dog friendly!”
- Taren Windish, Data & Insights Specialist

“We have a kitchen that could rival that of any Hollywood homes kitchen. Foosball brackets. Linda.”
- Jeremy Stenger, CSE Coordinator

“We get to open the doors on the few ‘nice’ days Texas gets and our office has a Dot com feel, but with real business sense.”
- Steve Fernandez, Director Technology Platforms & Digital Operations

“I like that iProspect Fort Worth welcomes a wide range of personality types—human and especially canine—it enlivens the workplace!”
- Kate Kwik, RFP Writer

Congratulations Fort Worth!
