iProspect Chicago Named Best Places to Work in Illinois 2014

For the third consecutive year in a row, we’ve been named one of the “Best Places to Work in Illinois“. After attending the awards ceremony last night where we were recognized as one of Illinois’ best employers, we first decided to celebrate with our very own team selfie:

This is the third year in a row we’ve received this honor and it always makes us thankful for all the things that makes our office great. Here are some of the reasons why we heart iProspect Chicago:

  • Like the other iProspect offices, we are the best in class for digital professionals. “Work hard, play hard” is our motto.
  • We have a true team environment and each individual client team develops their own culture. Of course, that includes lots of mini team events like ice skating, volunteering at the Ronald McDonald House, and a game day at Millennium Park.
  • Our training & development  is woven into everything we do to foster innovation and growth.
  • Each of us challenge one another to be the best we can be every day in the office.
  • Even when things are extremely busy, we take the time to have fun team events, ranging from cooking contests to city-wide scavenger hunts. Recently, we had a week-long Spring Break in the office to break up the long Chicago winter; it included tropical cocktails and beach games in the lunchroom.

“There is always something fun going on. For example, yesterday there was an office-wide meat raffle.” – Scott Randel, Account Supervisor

“The best part of iP is walking in each day and knowing you’re amongst not only coworkers, but friends.” - Karen Brookie, Account Supervisor

“Our collaborative atmosphere is great. It is always easy to find the right resources within our office or within our company for help or insights no matter what kind of project or service you’re working on.” – Joe Cajindos, Account Specialist

“I love learning from and collaborating with so many brilliant, passionate people.”-Sara Weitzel, Account Leader

Congratulations, Chicago!
