Google's search results used to be simple: search results down the middle of the page, ads on the right. Today, they've got a new layout.

On February 22, Google removed the right-hand side ads from desktop and tablet search results; an expansion of a long-running experiment on desktop search. By removing ads on the right-hand side but adding another ad on top, they have changed the experience for brands and consumers globally.
