iProspect’s Learning & Development (L&D) Team creates and curates a broad spectrum of training opportunities, including iProspect University, an award-winning nearly 300-course learning management system built to encourage employees to grow in their specialty fields. Each year, the L&D Team partners with thought leaders and experts from within iProspect, Dentsu Aegis Network and our key strategic business partners to expand the catalogue of resources and align training opportunities to current business initiatives and major business goals. Last year, the L&D team worked with 92 global subject matter experts to build and update 80 courses, and learners logged more than 11,000 hours to improve their skills.

One of the crown jewels of the L&D program is NEXTGEN, an exclusive program designed for iProspect in partnership with Google. Through exposure to a variety of world-class speakers, case studies, and group projects, our team members learn the foundations of digital strategy, technology, and management. More than 150+ employees from around the globe have the honor of participating in this collaborative program each year. The highest performers are invited to participate in a two-day brand challenge at Google, called NEXTGEN Masters. Participants in the NEXTGEN program gain priceless experience and are able to connect with fellow employees from all over the world.
