Due to incremental growth, iProspect is seeking an Associate Director, Digital Display (Associate Director, Digital Media). The purpose of this role is to develop and lead best in class strategies and management of Display campaigns to achieve set KPI’s, to grow revenue and develop the capability of the Display team.

Responsibilities include:

·       Develop overall team strategy and approach, in cooperation with Sr. Director of Display

·       Work collaboratively with the client services team to manage client relationships as related to Display Branding strategy, team and performance

·       Ensure best practice and innovation in all Display activities, ensuring knowledge transfer

·       Manages and develops direct reports and is accountable for complete team development

·       Builds strong relationships across teams and acts as point of escalation for client issues

·       Accountable for achievement of KPIs and deadlines

·       Accountable for all channel forecasting, pacing, and budget management

·       Responsible for client-facing conversation in with partner setup, recommendations, strategy, and creative outputs

·       Consulted with other Associate Directors on the account for their experts in HOK programmatic platforms and ecommerce driven initiatives to ensure full funnel approach across all brands within portfolio

·       Liaise with other channels to drive innovative, holistic solutions

·       Contribute to new business development and other meetings as required

·       Exhibit leadership across teams and agency; Role model of the DAN Values

 

Qualifications:

·       6-8 years of experience in a digital (agency preferred), with a focus on Digital Display

·       Working knowledge of Paid Search, SEO, Affiliates, Feeds, Mobile, Social and Attribution and how each channel informs the next

·       Experience with Attribution/Reporting platforms, Trafficking and Research tools (ComScore experience preferred) with an understanding of all of the potential levers available to drive campaign performance

·       Experience within travel brands is a plus

·       Strong managerial experience, including experience developing and mentoring a team

·       Well-honed communication skills with senior audiences

·       Ability to think strategically, with the ability to identify and resolve problems in a client-centric environment.

·       Demonstrates an understanding of each client’s business, their objectives, and their competitive landscape

·       A history of success collaborating effectively with internal and external partners, clients, peers, partner agencies and vendors

·       Ability to nurture and retain client and employee relationships

·       Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills

·       Experience working with financial data and budgets

·       Ability to analyze complex issues and to develop relevant and realistic plans, programs and recommendations to solve client challenges

·       High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
