The Account Leader will be the day to day point of contact for their assigned portfolio of clients and is responsible for building, maintaining and enhancing relationships. The Account Leader will be responsible for the coordination of efforts between the client and the operations team to ensure client goals and objectives are achieved. The Account Leader role is for someone with experience implementing paid social advertising but looking to also focus on an account management/client relationship role.


  • Implementation and optimization of paid social advertising
  • Function in a client-facing consultative role advising on platforms, ad units, and audiences
  • Assist in the development of a clear strategic vision for the client
  • Work collaboratively with team to translate strategic vision into tactical solutions and results
  • Work closely with internal groups and leads relationships with engine and media partners as it relates to your portfolio of clients
  • Drive betas and testing across channels for team as applicable by client
  • Responsible for budgeting/forecasting, campaign optimization, structural campaign audits, trending analysis, and reporting


  • Advanced knowledge of paid social fundamentals
  • Ability to communicate and escalate properly and work through challenges and complex activations
  • Ability to translate client business needs into strategic approach and tactical execution
  • A close eye for detail with the ability to see how details fit into the overall picture
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment
  • Strong ability to multi task
  • Proven ability to create high quality deliverables and meet deadlines
  • Ability to learn new technologies and processes quickly


  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience is required
  • Demonstrated strong performance in prior roles, with increasing levels of responsibilities and excellent project management skills
  • Proven advanced capability with paid social implementation, primarily but not limited to Facebook and Twitter
  • Advanced client relationships skills
  • Proven Project Management skills
