New York (August 2018): iProspect, leading global digital performance agency, was recently named one of the Top 1000 Companies Worldwide for Millennial Women. The list was compiled by Mogul, a worldwide platform connecting women to top trending content, including articles, videos, jobs, events, and includes industry influencers such as Chelsea Clinton, Katie and Rebecca Minkoff. Each year, Mogul conducts research to examine and assess workplaces for women, based on public information and nominations drawn from Mogul's 20,000 HR leaders and collaborators globally.
Workplaces are assessed on the following criteria: (1) Women's Initiatives, (2) Women in Leadership, (3) Workplace Policies, (4) Workplace Culture, and (5) Overall Diversity & Inclusion. Honorees displayed impressive efforts to encourage female millennials by creating workplaces that offer paid leave, flexible schedules, mentoring programs, and implementing strong sexual assault policies.
“As a company, iProspect is focused on driving and maintaining an equal and safe workplace for all our employees and we are thrilled to be recognized by Mogul for being a company dedicated to developing the next generation of female leaders,” said Misty Locke, Global CMO, iProspect. “We are a socially conscious business and realize the impact of our work on the wider society. In an effort to further expand our focus on developing female leaders, we’re partnering with our employees, clients and key global partners to create sustainable programs such as The Female Foundry, our global initiative built to mentor, develop and fund female-led start-ups that embody innovation and tech leadership in emerging markets.”
iProspect further supports inclusivity by placing CSR at the forefront, offering volunteer time off to all employees donating their time to community-based projects, with the network donating more than 7000 hours of personal time in 2017 to projects ranging from environmental clean-up to young people mentorship programs. Alongside Female Foundry being launched in 30 countries, is a program created to encourage employees to volunteer, fundraise and attend events that teach diversity, including conferences and internal culture events. iProspect also works closely with its key global partners and clients to take responsibility for helping make the digital economy equitable for all.
