Job Description

Key responsibilities:

  • This is a regional role working closely with the APAC Hub team responsible for digital planning, implementation and driving digital transformation for our Global clients.
  • Reports to Associate Client Director, manages and trains the integrated executive in the team.
  • Co-develop APAC digital channels strategy ensuring we have a clear road map aligned to the client's communications and business goal. Drive the implementation by ensuring local teams adopt the cascaded global and regional digital media guidelines.
  • Provides advice, planning and production of digital platform best-practice approaches
  • Ensure compliance from local markets when it comes to digital planning and implementation
  • Develops and proactively manages channel governance framework and measure its performance to make recommendations to ensure high quality content and a rich user
  • Assists on the proposal, defines and delivers improvements (content, tools and technical) , based on insights through analytics experience
  • Identify and equip local markets with additional knowledge and resolutions if there are gaps in their digital plans, tracking or meeting campaign KPIs.
  • Ensure teams are following the effective and accurate optimisation as required and aligned with the global KPIs
  • Work together with the performance team who is currently driving the key e-commerce campaigns when required.
  • To keep track and manage APAC teams digital budget allocation and thresholds, to ensure campaigns are well supported as per KPI.
  • Work closely with digital media partners to drive innovations and quarterly Test & Learns
