Through its partnership with Testapic, iProspect developed tests to allow Atelier des Chefs to understand both the needs of site users and also gauge user perception of the existing offer, which helped to identify sticking points and to prioritize areas for enhancement to lead to more conversions.

Using the Testapic solution, we were able to form a big picture understanding from the insights we gained from users of the Atelier des Chefs site. The results allowed us to define a comprehensive plan to address issues with site perception.
