With impressive improvements in Click-Through-Rate (CTR) and Cost-Per-Click (CPC), 2018 kicked off with an efficient start, with advertisers stretching their media budgets further than ever before. Additionally, Bing saw CTR at an all-time high but continues to see CPCs substantially higher than Google. So, although both engines saw efficiency improvements in Q1, Bing's primarily desktop inventory generates a stronger CTR, while Google offers the more efficient CPCs.
