Els is a team builder with a keen eye for client needs and wishes with over 15 years of experience. As a manager she is known for driving an innovative culture and growth strategies and fresh media solutions for A-list companies. Always on the look-out to combine the fresh with the familiar. Being a knowledgeable and fun partner to work with is what motivates her every day.
