In iProspect, we believe we are born to perform. We always seek how to constantly improve what we do.    WHAT WILL YOU DO: Help iProspect clients to grow and reach their business and marketing goals. Plan, setup, optimize and scale digital marketing campaigns in Latvia and worldwide, working mostly with Google, but also with Facebook (Meta) and other ad channels. Consult clients on digital performance strategy, channels, performance optimization and other digital marketing topics, independently and with other senior team members. Communicate with clients and colleagues in Latvia, Baltics and worldwide. Constantly learn and improve your knowledge.   WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU: Analytical and critical thinking. 2-3+ year experience with performance campaign managing, optimization and scaling in various markets. Knowledge and experience with Google Ads campaign management and Google Analytics, preferably also with Facebook (Meta) Ads. Experience with other ad, analytics, visualization and attribution tools is beneficial.   Fluent Latvian and English language knowledge. Ability to independently organize your work. Interest in Digital Marketing, Analytics, Ecommerce and Conversion Optimization. Desire to constantly learn and develop your professional skills.        WHAT WE OFFER: Work in one of the largest global digital media and performance agencies.
