iProspect Japan Receives 3-star Eruboshi, the Highest-Grade Certification as a Company Promoting Women’s Participation and Advancement in the Workplace
We are pleased to announce that iProspect Japan was awarded 3-star Eruboshi ("L-Star," L stands for Lady, Labor and Laudable) certification, the highest grade, by the Japanese Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare for its superior contribution to the empowerment of female employees in line with the national Act on Promotion of Women’s Participation and Advancement in the Workplace.
