Amassing experience of 0ver 15 years in people and process management, Brijesh leads a team of over 200 digital marketers at iProspect India. Before starting with iProspect, he held several key leadership roles in GTL, Intelenet, and Adecco.
Starting as the manager for the offshore accounts, Brijesh successfully expanded the presence of iProspect in the Indian market by mentoring the client servicing team. From 2013, he has shaped, mentored, and guided the client servicing team, and improved its operational efficiency significantly.
He conducts regular training and feedback sessions with the executives and managers, trains them for effective communication and sales, and instills working knowledge of business, thereby granting them career path and better vision to work in the industry.
Under his vision, leadership, and innovation, giants from BFSI, Retail, FMCG, Telecom, Construction, and Infrastructure verticals prefer iProspect as their digital marketing partner.
Apart from acquiring business and managing operations, Brijesh supervises creation of business plans, strategies, and exploration of business opportunities, while developing strategic relationships with clients. With a zeal to expand business, excellent operational efficiency, and a knack for creating and convincing creative strategies, Brijesh has played a key role in iProspect for bagging several awards and titles.
