Maggie is Director, HR at iProspect. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master in Management with a specialization in Human resources. Maggie is motivated by the human aspect of human resources.

She wishes to make the professional environment stimulating and filled with accomplishments for its people. To do so, she actively listens to everyone taking into account the different implications for each individual and gives them personalized advice.

At iProspect, Maggie supports the management team and the operational teams on a day-to day basis and accompanies employees in their career development. Her mission is making people and the company evolve in harmony, grow healthy and function well.

Previously, Maggie occupied various roles in Human Resources in the creative and technological field, specifically at Ubisoft and Gorilla group.
