Job Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Works closely with Head of Paid Search, develops and evangelises overall strategy and approach to the channel
  • Ensures best practice and innovation in all Paid Search activities
  • Manages and maintains client relationships and is the main point of escalation for client issues
  • Typically works on multiple, large or complex clients and develops overall strategy and goals for the team
  • Manages and develops direct reports and is accountable for complete team development
  • Conducts forecasting for annual and monthly budgets and is responsible for growing account profitability
  • Contributes to new business development when required
