Job Description

Key responsibilities:
Co-operates with clients and teams conducting campaigns in developing and implementing strategies for using data in activities of Digital marketing
Conducts business analysis, interprets the results and prepares reporting and recommendations for the campaign
Analyses the customer / prospect databases to draw customer knowledge to build segmentations or scoring models to optimise the Return on Investment of the on and off-line relationship strategies
Identifies shortcomings in customer qualification and enhancements to be implemented, including calling on third-party suppliers
Writes specifications on the integration of digital behaviour data into customer and prospect databases
Advises the agency's sales teams on the optimal use of data for the optimisation of clients' cross-channel relational programmes, and in particular on devices for personalising off and on-line content
Implements performance measurement mechanisms for programmes, analyses results and provides feedback to sales teams and customers
Manages the trafficking, set-up, QA and creative assets for all online advertising campaigns, working with stakeholders to ensure delivery of all creative assets to specification
Provides advice towards account managers on campaign setup during the proposal phase and technical and operational support to partners and the sales team
Defines best practices and updates documentation within the AdOps team knowledge base
