Technical SEO Executive Job Overview

The successful candidate will have excellent technical understanding of how websites are built and SEO best practice. They will have up-to-date industry knowledge and be responsible for technical SEO for iProspect clients, ensuring best practice implementation.

The role will involve responsibility of on-page / technical SEO audits and reports for clients on a project or ongoing basis, providing recommendations and insights to clients and implementing fixes where possible.

The successful candidate’s primary concern should be ensuring best practice in day-to-day management, delivery of work to deadlines and gold standard client service. They should be able to work independently and take ownership of projects, collaborating across our team of SEO specialists to ensure organic growth for clients.

Skills and experience

  • Thorough understanding of technical SEO concepts (indexation, duplication, site architecture, page speed, etc.)

  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript (preferred)
  • Experience working with Moz, Screaming Frog, Search Console and other SEO tools
  • Familiar with content management systems, especially WordPress
  • Up-to-date knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking strategies
  • Knowledge of UX implications on websites and visibility
  • Project management experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office
  • Site migration experience
