Job description

iProspect Ireland is looking for a smart, digitally-savvy & detail-oriented perfectionist to join our expanding Client Services team. As a Senior Client Services Executive, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a selected number of clients and act as a gatekeeper between your clients and internal stakeholders (PPC, Organic Search, Display, Paid Social teams as well as other Dentsu Aegis Network brands).

You will be responsible for building lasting relationships by collaborating with various digital media channels in order to better plan, implement and manage campaigns. You will also be forecasting digital channel performance, carrying out campaign analysis when necessary, looking after financial controls and aiding with strategy development to each client’s bespoke KPIs, budgets and timelines.

You will contribute to the running of the team and support new business pitches where appropriate. You will also get the chance to work with our sister agencies Carat, Vizeum & Isobar, giving you exposure to other companies within Dentsu Aegis Network and their ways of working.


  • Take full ownership of your clients
  • Serve as the selected number of clients’ primary point of contact
  • Lead internal meetings and manage work in progress with investment teams
  • Lead external calls & client meetings
  • Monitor campaign performance and delivery with investment teams
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting and analysis specific to client’s KPIs and goals, whether by collating data from investment teams or by aggregating it yourself 
  • Collaborate and brainstorm with internal teams in the creation of proactive and strategic proposals
  • Develop strong understanding of iProspect’s product & solution proposition
  • Establish positive relationships with supplier partners in local market where appropriate
  • Effectively communicate products, offerings & industry updates as they relate to our clients’ goals

About You:

  • 1-3 years of experience working at a media agency or publisher managing a brand’s digital advertising strategy. Ideally, a digital performance background in an account management role
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and comfort with a client facing role
  • Exceptional written, verbal & presentation skills & a high degree of numeracy and literacy
  • Seek accuracy with exceptional attention to detail
  • Demonstrate organizational, planning and analytical skills
  • Self-motivated, driven and able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Adapt to different personalities and comfortable in a dynamic environment
  • Bring energy and passion to everything you do
  • Possess strong quantitative and analytical skills as well as creative problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Comfortable with reporting & data analysis using Google Analytics & DoubleClick
  • Basic understanding of tagging is desirable (e.g. to check that tags are firing or what tags are required)
  • Have a good degree from a recognised University
