JOB DESCRIPTION:

They will be responsible for offering technical and implementation support in three main areas:

  1. Tagging – Ensuring that tagging is set up correctly for all iProspect’s performance digital campaigns. There is strong expertise in iProspect in this area already. The successful candidate’s input will be to troubleshoot, problem solve and fix issues and/or to advise clients and internal teams on more innovative solutions.
  2. Data Visualisation – Overseeing the set-up of iProspect’s data visualisation solution, iAnalyse, which is based on the Datorama platform. There is strong expertise in iProspect in this area already. The successful candidate’s input will be to troubleshoot, problem solve and fix issues and/or to advise clients and internal teams on more innovative solutions.
  3. General – Advising and assisting on technical matters and ensuring best-in-class set up, implementation and tracking of all iProspect’s performance digital campaigns.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide best in class implementation of 3rd party tracking tools (Doubleclick, Adwords, Comscore etc…)
  • Implementation of tag management solutions (Google Tag Manager, Adobe Dynamic Tag Manager, Tealium etc…)
  • Offer Strategic insight into all current client campaigns from both a technical and media point of view
  • Input into the pitch process for new clients to ensure confidence in the company’s technical capabilities
  • Support and improve the current reporting system
  • Provide technical insight to business representatives in a none technical format
  • Give product updates companywide
  • Produce Training and Informative documentation for current staff and new starters
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Experience in a technical environment either agency or client side
  • Coding experience (HTML5, Javascript, SQL, PHP)
  • Experience working with DoubleClick and/or Atlas
  • Comfortable with the concept of Attribution Modelling.
  • Experience in a client-facing digital role.
  • Client Relationship - Regular client contact and relationship building
  • Assisting in hitting company targets, forecasting and the financial health of our accounts.
  • Owning and reporting on team revenue and profitability measurements.
  • Good commercial judgment and a good understanding of how an agency functions
  • Assisting the team in project planning, status reporting, agendas, contact reports, budgeting, change management, delivery analysis, and campaign analysis and recommendations with a short and long term view.
  • Management of multiple projects.
  • A good and proactive understanding of our clients businesses, products, customers and their competitors. As well as a good understanding of their individual strategies and all elements of the mix.
  • A good understanding of the industry and our competitors.
