iProspect Reinforces Focus on Data-Driven Client Strategies, Strengthens Global Executive Team

London Sep 25th: iProspect continues to strengthen its global executive team with the appointment of Desmond Bateman as Global Head of Client Development, and Dan Hagen as Global Chief Strategy Officer.

Prior to joining iProspect, Des has more than 17 years' experience within the agency world. Previously he was Global Strategy Partner at Mindshare, and Strategic Planning Director in Hong Kong for iProspect sister agency, Isobar. Des will be responsible for oversight of the agency’s clients and client teams across iProspect’s 93 global offices.

Dan Hagen joins from sister agency Carat UK, where he served as Chief Strategy Officer. Dan has more than 17 years’ experience within media agencies including running MPG’s data and strategy teams and working across clients such as Microsoft, Novartis and the National Lottery. Dan will lead strategic insight, thought leadership, and data-driven innovation across the network.
