Shared Key accountabilities
(in collaboration with Head of Digital AdOperations)
• Identifies appropriate opportunities to upsell existing clients based on needs
• Develops existing tech stack to ensure capabilities are used fully
• Grows and develops product offering to keep it leading edge
• Monitors investment of digital spend and ensures revenue/margin goals are met
• Creates and monitors forecast of digital spend based on client and publishers
• Ensures operational efficiencies within the team of paragon¨
• Develop and author overall team strategy and approach to Display/Programmatic


Shared Key accountabilities (in collaboration with Managing Director)
• Assists in calculating costs for new business pitches to ensure the business remains profitable
• Participates in new business pitches
• Ensures profitability of own clients through effective planning of resources (incl. offshoring team)


General Key accountabilities
• Audit, review and analyze running activities to meet campaign objectives
• Understands clients’ brands, structure and industry as well as project goals
• Liaise with other channels
• Training and development of team members (Junior programmatic manager)


Key accountabilities
• Work collaboratively with client services team to manage client relationship as related to strategy, team and performance
• Creates guidelines on programmatic and ensures mentioned guidelines are followed
• Delivers together with team best-in-class campaigns and setup – hands-on mentality
• Participates in media partnerships negotiations, delivers input and tracks performance
• Sticks to guidelines on ad management and ensures mentioned guidelines are followed
• Build strong relationships across stakeholders (externally with clients and with teams internally)


(Ideally) Professional Skills
• Leading knowledge of ad serving platforms and Real Time Bidding providers
• Delivering results across large performance campaigns and collaborating cross-department
• Experience in working directly with programmatic providers including (ideally, but not required) DoubleClick, YouTube, and Amazon.
• Regular contribution to the media community i.e blogs, case studies, conferences.
