Is Instagram's move into serving ads a blessing or a curse for brands?

With 60m photos posted daily, Instagram has finally started serving ads in the UK, with a cautious roll-out an attempt to prove their ads work.  Extensive text restrictions were imposed by Instagram to 'avoid the banal'.
