Richard began his agency career in London with Starcom MediaVest before returning home to Edinburgh to set up an affiliate marketing business. He returned to the agency side with MediaVision as head of digital, before an acquisition led to the opportunity to set up iProspect in 2013. Having delivered rapid growth for iProspect in the first year of operating, Richard won Rising Agency Star at the Marketing Society Scotland awards 2014. He is now responsible for defining the business strategy while leading the continued growth of the Edinburgh business.
