Fighting off competition from Publicis Media, R/GA, The&Partnership and 72andSunny Amsterdam, iProspect was delighted to bring home the gold after a glittering awards ceremony at The Brewery, London, on Wednesday 24 January.
The Digiday Awards Europe recognise the publishers, advertisers and technology platforms bringing about change and innovation in the European market.
The highly coveted Agency of the Year category goes to the top agency that has delivered outstanding campaigns throughout the year, on behalf of both existing and new clients. The final decision was down to a public vote.
Jessica Davies, UK editor at Digiday, said, "iProspect accumulated by far the highest number of public votes, making it the clear winner of the Digiday 2017 Agency of the Year Award. iProspect had a strong 2017, adding the likes of John Lewis, The Economist and Post Office to its roster, while advancing existing clients like Diageo into innovative new areas like voice search. These advancements were achieved during a very busy year, which made it stand out as worthy of nomination for the award by Digiday’s editorial team."
Stefan Bardega, CEO iProspect UK&I said, “This is a really important award for us and we are incredibly proud to start 2018 with such great news. Being named Agency of the Year is a real testament to the talent we have within iProspect, as well as the brilliant work our people are doing for clients.”
“iProspect is focused on delivering global excellence through local innovation, so having all 52 European offices be recognised for their game-changing work through nomination and peer voting is beyond rewarding,“ commented Misty Locke, Global Chief Marketing Officer at iProspect.
