Leading performance marketing agency, iProspect, today announces the promotion of Stefan Bardega to President, EMEA and Jack Swayne to CEO, London.
Bardega will transition from his current role as CEO of iProspect UK and Ireland to President, EMEA in March. He will be responsible for the growth and development of the business across the region, which comprises 53 offices and over 2,200 staff.

Bardega takes over the position from Mark Fagan, who moves from the role of President EMEA and Business Operations into the new role of Global Business Operations focussing on operational excellence, automation and product consistency.
In addition, Jack Swayne, Managing Director of iProspect London, is promoted to CEO of the London business with immediate effect. In his new role, Swayne will oversee the London and Stafford offices which comprises 400 performance marketing specialists. Swayne will be responsible for growing the business and leading the team to continued success.
