iProspect appoints Chief Strategy Officer and Group Managing Director

First published on Campaign magazine.

iProspect has appointed Chris Worsley as group managing director and Amy Watt as chief strategy officer.

Worsley will report to UK chief executive James Bailey, and be responsible for the growth and service strategy of iProspect’s client portfolio.

He joined the Dentsu agency in 2016 and was most recently UK managing director, growth and performance.

Before iProspect, Worsley was digital business director at J Walter Thompson, having also worked for Havas Work Club and AnalogFolk.

Worsley said: “In the past two years, we have created a phenomenal platform uniting brand and performance and delivering sophisticated, transformational outcomes for our clients. I look forward to partnering with Amy to scale this momentum to new heights.”

As CSO, Watt will also report to Bailey and lead a team of integrated strategists across London and Manchester. She will provide support for all of iProspect’s UK clients across business and brand planning, creative and tech integration, and experimentation across media channels.

She joins iProspect from Dentsu X UK, where she had been CSO since 2019.

Prior to that, she was business innovation partner, UK and Ireland, at Dentsu Aegis Network and previously worked for IPG Mediabrands.

Watt said she was “thrilled” to be joining and added: “[iProspect’s] work is constantly pushing at the boundaries of what is possible, particularly at the intersection of media, creative and measurement.”

Currently, the agency is in line for the William Hill and 888 Holdings media account and late last year won the BMW offline media planning and buying account in Europe.

Bailey said: “As we continue to scale it’s vital that we increase the breadth of our senior client leadership to maintain this momentum and work closely with the wider Dentsu network to help clients unlock even more opportunities for growth.

"Amy and Chris look at media differently and are the perfect partners for any client that’s looking to step forward through experimentation and innovation.”
