iProspect Strengthens Senior Leadership Team with Hire of new Managing Director
Digital performance agency iProspect is further bolstering its senior leadership team with the appointment of Felicity Long to the role of Managing Director for London.
Long joins iProspect from sister media agency Carat where, as Head of Digital, she led and developed a team of 35 specialists serving both local and global clients. In her new role, Long will work closely with iProspect's existing leadership team to deliver the agency's growth ambitions and maintain its leadership position in the market. Having joined Dentsu Aegis Network in 2008, Long has held a number of senior positions across the group including at media agency Vizeum, and was part of the team that launched Amplifi, the media investment arm of Dentu Aegis Network. Long will start as managing director by the end of the year.
Her appointment follows the recent announcement of Stefan Bardega as UK CEO at iProspect, joining from his former role as Global Chief Digital Officer at ZenithOptimedia. The succession of appointments highlights iProspect's continued investment in expanding the digital team. Long's experience in digital, and building successful marketing campaigns for world-leading clients, strengthens iProspect’s position as leaders in driving business performance.
Tracy De Groose, CEO, Dentsu Aegis Network UK and Ireland said: "Felicity's experience, skills, passion and relentless focus on our clients further strengthen our iProspect team and she will be instrumental in ensuring the agency maintains its position as a leader and innovator in digital performance marketing.”
“I'm proud to be joining the dynamic team at iProspect. With the fast-paced and complex digital economy of today, it's vital that we're always delivering greater value for clients and ensuring positive business outcomes from everything we do. iProspect is already an expert in innovation in this area and developing this even further will be my key focus area as I join the team.”
Felicity Long, newly appointed managing director at iProspect London,
Long joins iProspect at a time when the performance marketing agency is enjoying significant commercial growth, rapid business expansion, widespread industry recognition whilst maintaining an impressive roster of clients, including British Airways, Sky, Diageo, More Than and Kellogg's. Long will report to Stefan Bardega when she begins in her new role. Long's replacement at Carat will be confirmed in the coming weeks.
This news follows the announcement by Dentsu Aegis Network earlier this week of Ruth Stubbs' promotion to Global President of iProspect.
