As A.I. and Machine Learning continue to have greater impact consumer lives and create new opportunities for our clients, our Build A Bot workshop brought to life the real world application of conversational bots. It also put the power in the hands of our people to consider how bots can creatively solve the challenges of brands and consumers alike. The creativity of solutions on the day was impressive, and to go from ideation to the deployment of a live, fully functioning conversational bot into platforms such as Facebook Messenger in just a couple of hours is phenomenal. It was a brilliant example of what happens when we bring together the power and expertise of Microsoft, Bing & iProspect.

During the Build a Bot Workshop, hosted by both iProspect and Bing, our team members received first-hand insight from internal and external experts, on the fundamentals needed to build and deploy a conversational bot in under three hours. With the Microsoft Bot Framework, and a little help from the experts, the teams successfully built a selection of intelligent and intuitive bots that interacted with users on Facebook Messenger and Microsoft Teams.
Through the course of the afternoon, there were some fantastic creative applications of conversational bots however on the day there could be only one winning team: Claudia Vega, Paid Search Analyst, Lex Amileke, Paid Social Manager, and Sebastian Redenz, Head of Paid Social.
