About the Paid Search Account Manager Role

iProspect are on the hunt for a brand-new Paid Search Account Manager to join the team working on one of our premier client accounts – Intel!  At its core, the Paid Search Manager will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high quality Paid Search campaigns across our clients; by incorporating client, industry, and market knowledge into state-of-the-art strategies for our clients, working towards their goals and KPIs.

This role will give you the responsibility to build up exceptional relationships with a wide portfolio of clients, develop and implement strategic initiatives that are designed to help our clients hit their KPIs, manage and prioritise workloads for yourself and your team, and the day to day management and development of the Paid Search Executives within the team.

Key Responsibilities will Include:

  • Develop the account strategy in partnership with clients and Paid Search Directors and be accountable for the execution of strategy and achievement of KPI’s
  • Own a portfolio of clients, taking full responsibility for delivery of all projects within this remit.
  • Manage the implementation, tracking and measurement of campaigns, taking full responsibility for managing account budgets and campaign pacing.
  • To develop and maintain strong relationships with key client-side stakeholders.
  • Responsible for the management and development of the Paid Search team, including resourcing, objective setting, performance reviews, knowledge sharing and coaching.
  • To be the main point of contact for Search Engine and third party reps, building exceptional relationships with these to benefit our clients and our people, and to stay one step ahead of the game in this fast paced environment.

About you

  • Experience in Paid Search media (PPC)
  • Passionate about digital media and committed to building a career in search marketing
  • Strongly numerate / literate and comfortable manipulating data sets using language to bring them to life, and show what we can do with the data
  • Experience of leading or managed a team or keen to do so
  • Diligence and attention to detail in optimisation and reporting
