International Women's Day is tomorrow and we've been celebrating all week with a dedicated series of blog posts from the teams across iProspect. Today we hear from Stevie, Lexie, Libby and Madeline on what this special day means to them and their hopes for women in the future.
-Stevie Williams, Data Intelligence Director
International Women’s Day to me is a day to give thanks and praise to the women around the world who came before us, and have forged a path for those like me so that we can continue to build on that path for future generations of women.
My hope for the future of gender equality is for all women to have a voice and clear avenues to create, build, and run companies and industries of their choosing. I also hope that women will continue to be advocates for gender and diversity talent in every industry.
-Lexie Chen, Senior Data Intelligence Analyst
International Women’s Day to me is a day to celebrate who we are as women, what we’ve achieved (no matter the hurdles they’ve had to overcome to get to that moment) and all the ambitions that future generations of women will have after us. For me, it’s impossible to fully comprehend the divide that has been conquered in the last 100 years, and at the same time, that there is still so much more to work toward.
-Libby Darley, Group Planning Director
I commit to closing the gender divide by becoming a positive role model for women in business, staying true to my strengths in my approach to leadership and creating an environment within my team where everyone can succeed and thrive.
-Madeline Coleborn, Client Director
