A Colombian native, Catalina started her career in performance media in Sydney, Australia, where she lived for 7 years.
She first worked in a small boutique agency as an e-Commerce product developer, where she learnt about Performance media. Later on, she moved to WPP´s Mindshare Australia, where she supported all accounts on biddable strategy. Her clients included Kellogg´s, Jaguar & LandRover, HSBC, Bayer and Kimberly Clark.
A few years later, Catalina was headhunted for a role at Ominicom´s OMD, where she led Apple Australia & New Zealand, Johnson & Johnson´s and Tourism Australia.
Her successful career in Australia led her to iProspect London, where she worked on BMW, British Gas, EON and British Airways´ loyalty programme Avios. In her time in London, Catalina won several industry awards for her digital strategy work and the results achieved for her clients.
In 2018, Catalina moved back to Colombia, to help establish the iProspect brand and product in the region, as Chief Operating Officer.
