Senior Analyst, Data and Analytics


Job Summary

iProspect is seeking a Senior Analyst, Data & Analytics to lead the business intelligence management of a global sportswear brand.

Main Responsibilities

Business Intelligence
  • The Senior Analyst will be responsible for interpreting all data sources, creating adhoc reports and for providing support/guidance to the Client Services team;
  • Become the steward for assuring integrity & quality in the definition and production of data.
  • Drive change and assist in the development of highly effective dashboards/reports that provide meaningful business and operational insights, leveraging tools such as Google Studio, Tableau, Datorama, Adobe;
  • Expertly extract, cleanse, and package data sets from various customer and marketing databases for the purpose of reporting/analytics projects.
Client Management
  • Act as point of contact for Client Services team and  provide strategic insights based on dashboards;
  • Serve as subject matter expert for business data and analytics in support of client initiatives. Act as a liaison between data and business, understanding and being able to speak the terms of each.


Professional experience
  • 4-6 years of experience in Digital Analytics or related disciplines (SEM, Display, Paid Social…);
  • Solid expertise in development and maintenance of attribution model;
  • A good understanding of Digital Marketing (SEO, Affiliates, Feeds, Mobile, Social and Attribution);
  • Experience in Google Analytics 360 is mandatory, experience with the Google stack (DS3/DCM/DBM/360) highly recommended;
  • Experience on the Omniture stack and Javascript will be highly appreciated;
  • Knowledge and mastery of other tools highly appreciated.
Skills and competencies
  • Proven ability to manage and bring to completion multiple projects, and deliver effective results;
  • Ability to work autonomously, to demonstrate self-started qualities, to identify digital analytics issues and to formulate tangible solutions;
  • Mastered understanding of report metrics and what they mean;
  • Advanced computer skills, proven experience in Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills;
  • Ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and defend ideas;
  • Ability to learn new industries and new business types quickly and ability to apply this knowledge to digital marketing initiatives aimed to achieve client objectives.
