Sales and Marketing Coordinator


Job Summary

The Sales and Marketing Coordinator is part of the Sales and Marketing team at iProspect. The candidate will actively contribute to the growth of our objectives, by assisting the team in deploying multiple strategic campaigns.

Main Responsibilities

  • Organizing internal and external events
  • Marketing research : competition, market, clients
  • Update of local and global websites
  • Collaborating on lead generation projects
  • Creation and management of sales documents: case studies, products, process, etc.
  • Maintenance of contract database
  • Maintenance of electronic signature tool
  • Maintenance of CRM tool

This by all means is not an exhaustive list; depending on the candidate’s interests and qualifications, the candidate may contribute to projects covering all aspects of marketing and sales (e.g.: social media management, content writing, and sales pitch).


  • University degree in marketing or business
  • 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
  • Strong editorial skills
  • Good command of Microsoft Office suite
  • Good command of French (spoken and written)
  • Agency experience
  • Knowledge in digital marketing
  • Knowledge in Photoshop
  • Knowledge in Salesforce CRM
  • Knowledge in Sitecore CMS
