Your Mission

  • Develop the best Paid Media strategy for iProspect's Clients, based on pre-established objectives;
  • Create and launch Paid Media campaigns on many different platforms (Adwords, Bing, Facebook, Twitter);
  • Optimize continuously all your PPC campaigns at the Keywords, Ads and Extensions levels, to improve performance;
  • Show your writing skills by reviewing ads in order to make them more appealing and relevant and improve CTR;
  • Manage different dashboards and tools to follow up on budget and performance of your campaigns;
  • Generate performance reports in a timely manner for clients that will be assigned to you (SEM metrics, objectives follow-up, revenues follow-up, etc.);
  • Troubleshoot complex situations related to the performance of your accounts, and propose creative, innovative and realistic solutions to ensure KPIs;
  • Capitalize on the information available to you through different reports: Adwords, Bing, Google Analytics, but also Google Trends, eMarketer or ComScore in order to make more informed decisions on your accounts;
  • Continuously propose innovative recommendations to improve performance and return on investment;
  • Perform budget estimations for new accounts and existing accounts (budget increase recommendations);
  • Work closely with the Strategists on clients' presentations to show the performance of the accounts along with recommendations;
  • Keep up to date with all new trends in the industry of Digital Paid Media. Ensure they are well understood in order to be able to implement them for our clients whenever it seems valuable.

Your Quality Score

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business;

  • If you understand what these letters stand for: SEM, SEO, PPC, GAP, GDN, DS3, DCM, DBM, then you are good to apply!

  • Languages - French (oui) / English (yes). You don't have to be perfectly bilingual, but an excellent understanding and writing of French language are a must;

  • Your parents do not understand what you do for a living, and that is alright!

  • Overall Understanding of Digital Marketing (Display, SEO, Feeds, Mobile, Social, Attribution);

  • If you are able to watch TV, browse your phone, and optimize campaigns' bidding at same time, it's extra points for you!

  • Google Adwords and Google Analytics Certifications are considered an asset;

  • Excel and PowerPoint are pretty much your best friends;

  • Excellent analytics capabilities, organizational skills and management of priorities for a given project;

  • Experience with bidding tools such as DoubleClick Search (DS3), Kenshoo, Marin, etc., are considered an asset;

  • Passion for Search Marketing the Digital Marketing Industry.
