The Team Leader is responsible for leading a team of Paid Media Specialist and managing the execution of PPC/SEM campaigns and strategies. In this role you will partner with colleagues across channels to ensure that campaigns are consistently innovative; test new solutions and evaluate and optimize campaigns to drive our client's business goals.
This critical, people management role is a balance of strategy and execution. This role requires a strong understanding of paid search and paid social, as well as all aspects of performance marketing.
A minimum of 2 years' experience in a team leadership role is required. In addition, the successful candidate will possess 3-5 years of relevant experience in a digital agency setting managing complex earned/paid media initiatives;
Experience with bid management tools, including the knowledge of their different types of search engine marketing tactics;
Experience with Paid Search Platforms like Marin, Kenshoo, DS3, Certification a plus;
Excellent communication skills in both French and English;
Demonstrated strong performance in prior roles, with increasing levels of responsibilities and excellent management skills;
Experience with digital marketing tools like Google Trends, Keyword Planner, Consumer Barometer and more;
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study. Google Certification (Analytics and/or Adwords) would be considered valuable assets.
