Digital Media Operations Coordinator


Job Summary

The digital media operations Coordinator will be part of the iProspect Operations team responsible for managing digital media campaigns internal operations.  In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of digital media operations and administration,  including budget control, reporting, communications with the agency teams and working very close with the Financial and Dentsu Aegis Network (DAN) Operation teams for billing reconciliation and discrepancies. The digital media operations Coordinator is essential in the day-to-day running of the Operations department and designated accounts.

Main Responsibilities

Digital Operations Management:

  • Support teams in preparing and delivering assets
  • Coordinate and meet all deliverables accurately and in a timely manner
  • Work closely with the Account Managers and Media teams to resolve reporting and/or billing discrepancies
  • Input and actualize media spends in DAN (iProspect and other brands)’s financial system
  • Work closely with Vendors for monthly reports and billing issues
  • Plan, organize, activate and control daily process
  • Attends all status meetings when appropriate


This position requires an individual who’s organized and analytical, and that works well in a team-based, fast paced, detail-oriented environment. The successful Digital media operations Coordinator is resourceful, autonomous and demonstrates a high level of initiative. An aptitude for learning new skills. Search marketing and paid social landscape is essential.

The digital media operations Coordinator has a strong understanding of the systems and tasks involved in digital media campaign implementation, execution and reconciliation, and demonstrate a very proactive mindset by anticipating problems and seeking new solutions as she/he is the go-to person for all media campaign related inquires as well as for any internal training needs.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field of study

  • 2 years relevant industry experience in digital media

  • Strong communication skills in English (French communications skills considered an asset)

  • Proficient in MS office suite;  essentially in Excel with success in maintaining and organizing data

  • Knowledge of third-party ad servers a plus
