No matter what role you have at iProspect, you will become very familiar with iProspect University. iProspect University is an award-winning nearly 300-course learning management system built to encourage employees to grow in their specialty fields. The learning platform houses an incredibly vast knowledge archive that is constantly evolving and expanding as the digital landscape changes. Each year, the L&D team partners with thought leaders and experts from within iProspect, Dentsu Aegis Network and our key strategic business partners, such as Google, Facebook, Bing, Twitter, Snap, and Pinterest, to expand the catalogue of resources and align training opportunities to current business initiatives and major business goals.

 The tool provides online content relevant to all digital channels and provides training courses on all of our service offerings. What makes this platform so valuable is the effort and expertise our internal Subject Matter Experts bring to the task of curating the content. Last year, the L&D team worked with 92 global subject matter experts to build and update 80 courses, and learners logged more than 11,000 hours to improve their skills. We are the best at what we do because of the hyper-talented people on our team, and we are lucky to have these experts training the rest of our team.
